To serve better our clients, FlatC has come out with Key Performance Indicators (K.P.I’s) to monitor and maintain our Safety and Quality standards. This is well spelt out in our HSES Manual. The system is monitored by both our dedicated HSE Management team along with our shipboard management team. This gives a value addition to services that we offer to our clients.
